Return & Refund Policy
At Yashal English House, we provide IELTS, PTE, Spoken English, LanguageCert, Oxford ELLT, Duolingo, TOEFL preparation, online classes, recorded learning material, mock tests, and study abroad guidance services.
Once a student confirms admission or purchases any course, service, online class, mock test, or learning material, the fee is generally non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered in special cases where the service has not been started, no class has been attended, no login access has been provided, and no learning material has been shared.
If a student wishes to request a refund, they must contact our office within 3 working days of payment with valid proof of payment and reason for the request.
Approved refunds may take 7 to 14 working days to process.
No refund will be provided after classes have started, LMS access has been given, study material has been shared, or consultation services have been provided.
